Projective Space Philosophy
Projective is more than just a series of events, a collection of desks, chairs, or a WiFi network. The secret sauce of Projective is the people, the connections, friendships and myriad forms of symbiosis that emerge when a lot of creative, driven individuals get together to build a future in the same room.
Connecting with other members is as simple as getting a cup of coffee for your neighbor or as complex as helping them code the back-end of their e-commerce site. Like most things, the more you put in, the more you get out.
An easy way to start is by reaching out other Members with a brief description of who you are, what you do and ways you may be able to help out your fellow community members or just introducing yourself in person.
Cleanliness and Aesthetics:
We believe surroundings have a dramatic affect on behavior and attitude. Please be considerate of your fellow community members and do not create an unpleasant environment. Keep your workspace clean and free of all non essential items. A cleaning crew comes in every evening. In addition to general cleaning, they will restock all bathroom and kitchen supplies as well as trash bags. Trash and recycling will be disposed of by the cleaning crew as well.
Phone calls and noise level:
Phone calls, casual conversation are permitted in Projective. Please be mindful that you are surrounded by people who do require a quiet environment to concentrate. If you speak loudly on the phone or need to have an extended phone call please use a conference room or a phone booth.
Mail and Packages:
We are happy to accept and hold mail and packages for you and your team. To receive packages at Projective Space, list your mailing address as our office address with your name and company name at the top. All mail and packages will be signed for and stored in the mail room. Please pick them up from there.
Requests and Questions:
If you have a request or question regarding Projective Space please communicate them via the Member Dashboard. The Member Dashboard is the best channel as it allows us to track and respond to requests most efficiently. It also helps make sure they don’t get lost. If the issue is urgent please find a member of the Projective Staff.
If you are having an emergency or an urgent problem please stay calm and have the person nearest to you call emergency services (if necessary) and notify a Projective staff member.
Your monthly membership dues give you access to your seats, work area and all space amenities (conference rooms, phone booths, mail room, etc.).
Please do not use or work at other work spaces, even if they are empty.
Membership and Guest Policy:
All memberships are tied to the individual, and are not to be shared or split amongst multiple individuals. You may have guests and hold meetings.
All membership payments are due on the 23rd day of the month. In accordance with the Terms (projective.co/terms) you have authorized recurring payments on your credit card or debit card.
For the comfort of all Members, we ask that you not bring pets into the space.
